Please note that the Keeping Well in SEL service is now closed.

Implemented as a response to Covid 19, national funding was provided for a Health and Wellbeing hub up until the end of this financial year. This national funding has now ceased and therefore the service closed on Friday 31st March.

The website will remain live until 31st May, however this will be for information only.

We are aware that staff are still requiring support. If you feel you could benefit from talking therapies, please follow this link NHS talking therapies - NHS (www.nhs.uk) and you can find your local service to refer yourself to.

You may also want to access some of the self-help resources available at https://www.good-thinking.uk/

If you feel like you could benefit from support within your organisation, please contact your OH department, your health and wellbeing champions and your staff support teams.
