Are you curious to learn more about neurodiversity? This webinar will give an understanding of neurodiversity for both those in HR roles and individuals across the organisation. Using examples from real life and highlighting successful neurodiverse people this session will give clear and practical strategies to raise awareness of and improve communication around neurodiversity, including:

  • Gaining an introductory understanding of neurodiversity 
  • Learning to recognise and celebrate the positives of thinking differently
  • Understanding how to unlock the potential of neurodiversity
  • Starting to explore what organisations can do to become more inclusive

This session will be delivered by Daniel Aherne. 

About Daniel Aherne:

Daniel has worked in Neurodiversity in a workplace context for over 15 years. In 2016 Daniel founded Adjust to raise awareness of Neurodiversity in the workplace by providing organisations with clear, positive and practical training and consultancy.

Since setting up Adjust he has helped many high profile organisations start their neurodiversity conversation including, The CIPD, EY, Clifford Chance, Farrer and Co, Unilever , Vodafone and the makers of the Channel 4 show “the undateables”.

To access this site you need to register with them and add you are NHS. This is not just for working staff with children, this is for everyone to access as includes support for carers, career progression for all colleagues and a specific webinar for BAME Colleagues, health and wellbeing webinars, and more.

Webinar bookings will close 30 minutes prior to the advertised webinar start time. A Zoom link will sent by email a week ahead of the Webinar and at 12.00pm on the day of the Webinar.
