Do you want to find ways to manage stress, learn to handle your thoughts, moods and emotions better?

Do you want to be better able to deal with physical, mental, social and emotional issues – to live life more fully?

Mindfulness helps us to stay in the present and give ourselves non-judgemental attention. It can be cultivated through meditation training, and has been found to be helpful to people facing challenging experiences.

8-weekly 2-hour sessions.
