A mindfulness course with a large selection of relaxing and meditation videos that cover a range of common topics from self, others, work, humanity etc.

How could sitting with our breath help, when Ukrainian women, men and children are being bombed and attacked?
Why should we ‘just’ sit and breathe in the face of psychopathic bullying and a vicious attack on humanity?
We can be overwhelmed by emotions like fear, sadness, anger and disgust as we get drawn into the terrible news about the war.
Our ‘Mindfulness for All’ live meditation program happens every Monday between 8.30am and 9am. The M4ALL program will not resolve the horror that we are witnessing. Sitting does not give answers how to deal with a vicious attack and war.
It can help us to attune to our emotional responses like fear, disgust and anger. We can discover our thinking patterns of worry, concern and rumination about injustice and future risks and our emotions being driven by powerful images from all screens.
The program is there to help us to find space how to make choices in the context of constant media use.
We hope to sit together with friendly people and develop enough calm to move towards compassionate action and preserving our strength to deal with problems that we can relieve; in the world, and within ourselves.
