The pandemic, social distancing and lockdown mean that it is more important than ever to consider how we are connecting with others.

Research from the State of the Nation report found that although working from home has some benefits, including no longer having to commute, no dress code, and increased autonomy, it has also led to uncertainty, stress, and isolation. 74% of employees reported their mental health has been negatively impacted by Covid-19, and yet less than 50% of employees are prepared to discuss their mental health. It is really important to connect to people around you, whether that be your family, friends, or colleagues.
