Charter and Staff Networks -Having signed the ‘Charter for Employers Positive about Mental Health’, we are committed to creating a supportive and open culture, where colleagues feel able to talk about mental health confidently, and aspire to appropriately support the mental wellbeing of all staff. -The Staff Networks continue to support staff across the trust, with the Lived Experience Network’s membership growing significantly. They are holding virtual activities for volunteers, including an art group and a men’s group.
Listening Sessions: -Monthly online sessions for BAME staff -Regular online sessions for Clinically Extremely Vulnerable colleagues who are shielding -Manager’s listening sessions.
